Scholastic Book Fair

Westwood-with-Iford School is excited to be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair from 14th to 21st October, bringing you an unbeatable range of the latest and best children’s books. There will be something for everyone, with approximately 20% of titles under £5…. great for Christmas presents or to get your children excited about books! The school can also potentially receive some free books from Scholastic if the school community spends above a certain amount. The Book Fair will be set up in Oak Classroom and will be open after school each day. It will also stay open for parents’ evenings, which take place that week.Payment for books will be via a QR code, displayed at the Book Fair. You will just need to bring your mobile phone to scan the code and access the payment platform. You will then be asked to complete your payment with your debit or credit card, so bring those along too. Once you have paid, you can take your books home with you.

We will be giving away five lots of £5 book vouchers to spend at the Fair as prizes to children who we think are doing an amazing amount of reading at home. So, please don’t forget to write in your child’s reading record book if they read to you at home.
